知名外资快消品啤酒公司——C&S Reginal Sales Manager

一、职位名称:C&S Reginal Sales Manager

 

二、主要工作职责:

1. Acts as the C&S brand and C&S On-trade expert in the local business

2. Leverages deep understanding of local C&S market, channel, customers and consumers to influence local C&S sales plan

3. Works with C&S SD and TM team to adapt national C&S On-trade channel and brand strategy to meet local needs and unlock further opportunities to build brand equity and sales

4. Leads local sales team with regional TM mgr and Brand Ambassador in building local operational, activity, events and education plans to reflect national C&S brand On channel plan

5. Sets clear sales team brand, customer and sales targets based on local outlet segmentation, allocates local budgets

6. Set clear local sales team customer investment, asset and execution guidelines and KPIs fol1ing C&S On-trade FIT guidelines

7. Leads and develops local sales team to deliver required performance vs targets, coaching required capabilities and growing talent, running effective local sales team meetings.

8. Inputs data and information into C&S information systems to track performance against targets & budgets, update forecasts and identify new sales opportunities

9. Tracks and manages evaluation of outlet activity execution standards, use of selling tools, customer investment and assets across sales team vs KPIs and budgets using FIT framework

10. Responsible for identifying, engaging and unlocking key customers and distributors with local C&S teams

11. Monitor circulation channels and refund status. Assist the Office/Sales Director to evaluate, manage and train distributors. Assist dealers to improve the knowledge and selling skills of super premium beer.

12. Interfaces with mainstream local CIB team where relevant to develop additional C&S brand and customer opportunities

 

Professional qualification and competencies

1. Sales strategy planning

2. With brand & industry knowledge and business acumen, strong data analysis ability

3. Integrity/positive/prudent/willing to take responsibility

4. Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation and coaching skills

5. Strong at team management and develop others

7. Ability to work in a bar channel, including environment and working hours

三、任职要求和条件:

1.  Bachelor’s degree

2. Be good at both English and Chinese, can communicate in English.

3. More than 5 years sales management experience in wine, beverage, or FMCG industry.

· 3 years or above distributor development and sales operation management experience.
