知名外资快消品啤酒公司——C&S Reginal Sales Supervisor

一、职位名称:C&S Reginal Sales Supervisor

 

二、主要工作职责:

1. Acts as the C&S brand and C&S On-trade expert to local customers

2. Leverages deep understanding of local C&S market, customers, shopper and consumers to identify local customer opportunities and build customer relationships

3. Works with SP Sales Mgr to build compelling local customer proposals and plans to unlock distribution, brand equity building and sales opportunities in local C&S customers.

4. Effectively uses FIT framework and selling / activity toolkits to engage customers to stock C&S brand portfolio

5. Builds and negotiates customer investment, asset and activity proposals based on outlet guidelines to unlocak customers ensure loyalty & support of C&S portfolio and delivery of brand equity and sales targets

6. Works closely with regional TM mgr and Brand Ambassador to agree customer specific activities and events

7. Builds and tracks local customer account sales plans to deliver against brand equity, execution and sales targets and KPIs

8. Manages local customer budgets for activities to deliver PICOS

9. Works with local distributors and distributors sales teams to ensure delivery from them of ongoing effective customer service levels, stock management and payments and ongoing PICOS execution standards in outlets

10. Works with distributor technical teams to ensure delivery of equipment and draught quality maintenance

11. Inputs data and information into C&S systems to track performance against targets & budgets, update forecasts

12. Collect the competitor's first-hand market and sales activity information, and propose corresponding countermeasures

 

 

Professional qualification and competencies

1. With brand & industry knowledge and business acumen, strong data analysis ability

2. With rich beer knowledge, convey beer taste, styles, quality standards and perfect serve

3. Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation and coaching skills

4. Integrity/positive/prudent/willing to take responsibility

5. Strong at distributor management

三、任职要求和条件:

1.  Associate degree or above.

2. Good English both in reading and writing, and can use simple words to communication in English, familiar with Microsoft office software;

3. More than 3 years working experience in FMCG industry, 2 years or above management experience, preferably with experience in wine, beverage industry
